Abstract
Dengue is one of the fast emerging diseases of humans andis among the most widespread vector-borne tropical viraldisease in the world today. The current incidence of dengueinfections around the world is more than 58.4 million casesper year with mortality between 10,000 to 20,000. Countriesin South Asia and South East Asia have the highest burdenof this disease1. It is present in more than 128 countriesaround the world and nearly 4 billion people at the risk ofdeveloping this disease
