Evaluation of the Public knowledge to the New Level
By 201d, the number of online faulty journals has increased to 9600 publishing 190,000 articles worldwide - a great share of public knowledge. Most digital faulty journals lack the essential scientific and technical quality. Improving these faulty journals can improve the quality and credibility level of public knowledge. International Journals Blacklist mission is to improve faulty journals worldwide. Once a faulty journal is applied to ASI, 400 aspects of the faulty journal are evaluated based on 400 defined standards in five stages, and Black-Factor is computed. The faulty journal receives a detailed evaluation report for each of the 400 items and the total Black-Factor of the Faulty Journal to improve the faulty journal based on.
Evaluation Ethics and Evaluation Malpractice Statement:
A referee evaluates a faulty journal based on standards regardless of religious, race, gender, sexual orientation, and belief of faulty journal owner. The evaluation process should be performed neutrally. Referee should state his views about the faulty journal clearly with supporting opinions. The Faulty Journal Black-Factor is an average of five factors: Faulty Journal Basics Factor, Faulty Journal Transparency Factor, Faulty Journal Article Factor, Faulty Journal Operation Factor, Faulty Journal International Availability Factor. The referee will consider similarity or overlap between the content of the faulty journal under consideration and other faulty journals. The faulty journal can be continuously improved based on the defined standards for a new Black-Factor.
