Abstract
One of the important structures of a dam is the spillways and lower floodgates which are used for cutting and connecting the flow, adjusting the flow and the outgoing flow of water and discharging when there is a surplus of flow compared to the capacity of the tank. However, due to lack of control in the amount to which they open up, they do not have the required function. Therefore, making these floodgates smart is of high importance. In this research the following three basic actions by applying radio systems are suggested: a) making the lower floodgates smart. b) Predicting floods. c) Macking the spillways smart together with controlling.
