Abstract
The article presents the results of studying the composition of oil sludge of various origins and the amount of mechanical impurities in them, the results of experiments with various solvents to separate unnecessary impurities in tank oil sludge, oil sludge from technical water treatment and waste oil sludge. The composition of oil sludge is very important for all types of oil sludge, and this indicator plays an important role in experiments conducted for the purpose of processing, recycling oil sludge, obtaining secondary products from them, or increasing the base of oil raw materials. Therefore, the amount of mechanical impurities was determined in laboratory conditions in three types of oil sludge brought from the Fergana Oil Refinery.
