Abstract
Information and Communication Technology (ICT) plays a pivotal role in elevating agricultural production, education, health of rural peopleand helps in alleviating poverty. The study to analyse the constraints in utilization of ICT tools was conducted purposively among theagricultural line department officials of Khordha district of Odisha in 2021. For the present study, 105 respondents (22 district-levelagricultural officials, 59 block-level agricultural officials, and 24 village-level agricultural officials) were sampled using a stratified randomsampling method. An ex-post facto research design was used for the study by keeping the given sampling area, sampling size, and the methodof data collection. The data collected were statistically analysed and the constraints in utilization of ICT tools were ranked using the Garrettranking approach.
