Abstract
From 2013, the United Nations (UN) introduced the use of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV) on the United Nations Organization Stabilization Mission in the Democratic Republic of Congo (MONUSCO). The paper uses the deployment of VANTs in MONUSCO to make some considerations about the use of this technology on peacekeeping operations.
