Abstract
This article questions, based on the comparison with the integration process undertaken by MERCOSUR and the analysis of the crisis of the paradigm of nationality citizenship, the possibility of UNASUR, based on its constituent agreement, contribute to the creation of post national citizenship based on human rights, in the hegemonic globalization.
