Abstract
This document describes part of the work developed in the project “Students’ perception of the e-learning modules of the University of Boyacá”, which aims to “Evaluate students’ perception of the e-learning modules of the University of Boyacá”. This paper is a fragment of the implementation of one of its specific objectives, in which it was observed the need to provide teachers with resources, tools and strategies to improve virtual tutoring and thus impact on the perception of virtual subjects. Among the results obtained, we highlight the development of a virtual course in which the role of the virtual tutor as a mediator in learning processes based on the institutional pedagogical model, which is based on complexity, as well as an instructive course which contains relevant aspects for proper tutoring in the E-learning methodology.
