Abstract
Nowadays the immersion and globalization of ICT has not only generated a change in politic an economic vision, it also has generated in education. In this change, e-Learning plays an important role. E-learning is an intermediary between the student and the learning; nevertheless, in this scenario the instructors do not control the materials, and students can combine the learning material into the courses by themselves. (Porras, Castilla, & Rivera, 2017). The technology ecosystem for virtual education manages all the knowledge generated in training activities, applied research projects, technological development, and innovation, applying eLearning through the PACIE Model (Presence, Scope, Training, Interaction and eLearning). (Basantes, Naranjo, & Ojeda, 2018); Through technological training, SENA (National Learning Service) Regional Quindío.
