Abstract
The purpose of this study is to find several forms of transformative diaconal services that can be carried out by the church as a bridge for church planting missions to poor people in Indonesia. The author uses a library research method in answering this research problem. The research problem that must be answered by the author is about what forms of transformative diaconia that can be carried out by the church as a bridge for the mission of church planting to poor people in Indonesia. Through this study, the authors found three forms of transformational diaconia, namely: First, providing transformative theological education for the congregation about the true concept of poverty, effective church planting mission services, and presenting God's Shalom in real terms.
