IAA is a modern fixed international article address and auto-detects any possible changes in the online article address and auto-adjusts itself to the article new address, or only loads article basic version and its abstracted papers if the article went offline or removed, extending the article and articles life time.
IAA solves old common problems of online articles with the following advantages:
- IAA keeps article permanently online via permanent IAA address.
- IAA auto-detects any change in article online address and auto-adjusts itself to it.
- IAA auto-detects any change in the article address and auto-adjust itself to the new address.
- IAA loads the journal basic version temporarily when article goes offline allowing readers still read articles and authors to submit articles.
- IAA extends article and its articles lifetime by keeping article and article basic version permanently online.
- No need to inform authors any change in article address as IAA auto-connects to article new address.
- IAA allows improvement of articles by allowing readers to give feedback about article aspects to the publisher.

According to the Law and Political Sciences standard, article holder should explicitly display IAA in the described format on online published articles. IAA cannot be any arbitrary number. It is self-verifiable number according to ASI-V3 algorithm. To check the validity of an IAA, an IAA validator portal is used.
IAA VALIDATOR    History of Development of IAA:
Uniform Resource Locator (URL) invented in 1989 in Switzerland. Its drawback is that when URL of a article website changes or goes offline, the reader cannot access the article. The publisher should notify readers/authors about the new article address. International article Address (IAA) was introduced on 2014 by Advanced Science Index (ASI) in Germany as a permanent address of a article fixed during its lifetime and after that by extending its lifetime. The IAA keeps a article basic version and its article abstracts on a separate server. If the article address is changed IAA servers auto-detect it and auto-adjust itself to the new address. The publisher does not need to notify a new article address, as the author can still access the article via the IAA address. In case the article went offline IAA loads only the basic article version and its abstract article temporarily allowing the reader to read and the author still submit paper to the article.
