Abstract
A field experiment was carried out at Regional Agricultural Research Station, Polasa, Jagtial, Telangana during kharif season of 2018-19 on sandy loam soil. The experiment was laid out in split plot design with twelve treatments consisting of three combinations of fertigation levels as main plot and four combinations of fertigation frequencies as sub plot treatments replicated thrice. Treatments consist of Main plot treatments - Fertigation Levels viz., 75% RDN, K, 100% RDN, K and 125% RDN, K and Subplot treatments: - Fertigation frequencies Viz., once in 6, 9,12 and 15 days. Total phosphorous applied as basal and nitrogen (urea) and potassium (white MOP) applied through drip. Growth parameters like plant height (cm), SPAD Reading and Dry matter Production (kg/ha) at 30, 60, 90 and harvest with 125% RDN, K comparatively higher with 100% RDN, K and 75% RDN, K at all observations. Like yield and yield parameters Length of cob (cm), girt...
