Abstract Seasonal incidence of various insect pests on soybean will be recorded from field in three different staggered sowings during Kharif, 2018.Insect pests includes girdle beetle, lepidopterous caterpillars, sucking pests were recorded on JS 335 soybean variety. Defoliators causedamage from last week of June, girdle beetle cause damage from second week of July and sucking pests cause damage from second week ofAugust. The activity of girdle beetle increased gradually with peak per cent infestation of 14.17 in last week of August and total seasonalmean of 4.63%. The density of lepidopterous caterpillars increased gradually with peak population of 3.4 larvae per meter row during firstweek of August with seasonal mean of 1.18 larvae per meter row. The peak density of sucking pest was observed during first week ofSeptember with 4.8/plant and seasonal mean of 1.00 whiteflies and jassids per plant.
