Abstract
The present study of marketing of milk in Gondiya district of Maharashtra was done with the data collected for the year 2019-20. Tabularanalysis was used for calculating the marketing cost, marketing margin and price spread. The respondent farmer, marketing milk throughdifferent channels. Channel I-Producer to private dairy, Channel II-Producer to consumer. The producer share in consumer rupee washighest for channel II i.e. 97.71, per cent & in channel I 73.84 per cent. Producer share in consumer rupee was highest when milk directlysold to the consumer.
