Abstract
The present study was conducted in Prakasam district of Andhra Pradesh, from Out of total blocks of Prakasam district one block has beenselected purposely on the basis having high total area, production of red gram for current study. Producer share in consumer price was highestin channel I i.e., 86.53% compared to channel II i.e., 71.83%. Price spread was highest in channel II i.e., RS 2485/qtl compared to channel Ii.e., RS 955/qtl. Marketing efficiency was highest in channel I i.e., 7.42% compared to channel II i.e., 3.55%.
