Abstract
The design of organizational guidelines that allow leading communities of practice (CoP), as mechanisms for knowledge management, in order to contribute to the strategies, in addition to participating, empowering, enriching the commitment to innovation, learning and skills development, through a systematic review of the literature, in which 81 articles were selected, purifying 20 with a focus on organizational aspects, which are complemented by the pedagogical, communicative and technological dimensions. The review by categories made it possible to establish five relevant aspects such as systemic and holistic vision of the organization, definition of transversal commitments from the definition of strategic approaches, policies and applied governance, followed by the design of an organizational structure of the CoP, allowing the definition of roles and shared leadership, as well as integration, communication and evaluation, and finally...
