Scope
The Journal of International Economic Policy (JIEP) marked one of the phases in the close working relationship between the Centre for trade Policy and Law (CTPL), Ottawa, Canada, and Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman (KNEU), Ukraine. Since 2000 till 2008, the two institutions had worked together to promote knowledge and understanding about the functioning of the modern world trade system and WTO system in particular, to enhance the international trade capacity of Ukraine, to facilitate its effective participation in the global trading system, and to promote cooperation between the two respected Ukrainian and Canadian professional and educational institutions.The journal "International Economic Policy" was founded in 2003.
