Scope
The Serb Historical Review (SHR) is a scientific publication published by the Historical Association of the Republic of Srpska "Milorad Ekmecic". Our mission is the development and popularization of historical science, the improvement of critical thinking and especially historiographical research, primarily those of wider national interest, and that includes publishing works that are the fruit of scientific research. The thematic framework includes political, economic, social history as well as the history of everyday life and the history of historiography. In addition to scientific papers, the Serbian Historical Journal publishes historical sources, reviews, critiques and polemics.
